How the data is reached
Public official session and detail pages were verified through the official domain and current indexed output. The website's undocumented web-api endpoint intermittently returned HTTP 500 during direct validation and is not promoted as dependable access.
Unclear; no explicit open-data reuse license was found on the voting-results surface
