Public assets / State and municipal auctions

Georgia electronic auction active lots

Official active-auction listing fragments and lot pages with lifecycle status, location, dates, starting/current price, bid step, guarantee, asset attributes, cadastral reference, views, bid count, seller conditions, and attached registry documents.

01

Provenance and access

How the data is reached

Unauthenticated public HTML. The homepage POST endpoint returned five current cards from 30 offers; a linked active Tbilisi lot detail returned full auction terms. The separate bidding service rejected direct calls and is not represented as reusable access.

Reuse status

Unclear; public auction terms and privacy pages are not an open-data license

Boundaries

Reliability, caveats, and privacy

What held up

  • Current-offer fragment and detail page both returned HTTP 200
  • IDs, dates, and financial terms were internally consistent
  • The lot page includes lifecycle and bid-summary fields suitable for change detection

What can go wrong

  • Displayed price must be labelled starting versus current according to page context
  • Direct bidding-service calls failed and should not be treated as an API
  • Public availability can change at auction close
  • Asset descriptions and attachments are seller-provided
  • No open reuse license was found

Privacy boundary

  • Lot pages may publish contact phone numbers; omit them unless operationally necessary and legally justified
  • Do not infer occupant or owner identity from cadastral references
